Select the driver that matches your VAL Cam system/OS.
Please follow these steps:
- Unplug either the power or the USB connection from the camera system
- Go to Add/Remove Programs and remove any previous VAL Cam Software versions
- Install New Driver
- Reconnect the cable (either USB or power) that was removed earlier
- ***If you followed these instructions and are having problems reboot first to see if that fixes it, if not call us for support
